SAME Year 1 is ending
SAME Year 1 will end on December 31st, 2008. During its first year the SAME project carried out many activities. Just to mention some of them:
- Nineteen use-cases grouped in five frameworks were formalized;
- A conceptual model for SAME research and applications was developed;
- The requirements of the SAME end-to-end research platform for context-aware, active, and social music experience were defined;
- The requirements for SAME research were defined (requirements for audio processing plug-ins, for plug-ins for the analysis of movement and gesture starting from data coming from on-board sensors, plug-ins for the analysis of synchronization and entrainment in groups of users and the analysis of social behavior, plug-ins for the analysis of context information);
- Early proof-of-concepts and demonstrations were developed;
- Early proof-of-concepts and demonstration were presented at international conferences and public events.
